[Mulgara-general] Tomcat cannot find

I have setup the a Mulgara server and deployed the Mulgara WAR-file.  
The server is modified to run on port 8083. When I try to run the  
Tomcat application I get the following error:

I have no problems connecting with iTQL-client.
