[Mulgara-general] starting up mulgara / jetty instance not responding

The documentation used to be kept at / but that's not being included
anymore. So the current release doesn't have anything at /.

The web interface is at /webui/. So for a default configuration the
address would be:
  http://localhost:8080/webui/

The latest builds have a servlet at / that provides links to
everything registered. This will be in the next release.
