[Mulgara-general] Mulgara 2.0.5 release

Hi all,

Mulgara 2.0.5 has been released.

The quick update here is due to a problem that appeared in 2.0.4 when
building from source on Windows. We have also included a new default
configuration file for mulgara-core, allowing it to start a basic
server without any manual configuration.
