[Mulgara-general] iTQL equivalent to @us/xml:lang attribute?

I only just added "lang" to Mulgara for the release of SPARQL. (I have
no idea why language codes were not supported before now, but they
weren't). I never thought to add in TQL support while I was at it.
:-(
So the only way to do it for the moment is with a SPARQL query, not TQL. Sorry.
I have to get a few things done today and Monday, but after that I
could knock up a resolver that'll do it. (even if that's too late for
you, it's something we should have anyway).
