[Mulgara-general] Windows vs Linux

I would definitely go with Linux.  There are issues at the JVM/OS interface 
level that seem to cause issues with file mappings on Windows, and this feature 
is used extensively by Mulgara.  The bottom line is you'll see much better 
performance of transaction commits on Linux than on Windows.
