[Mulgara-dev] Mulgara Javadoc..

I'm using windows and :

I make JAVA_HOME VARIABLE (i use java 1.6, in mulgara 2.6 compilation with
this version was fixed)
I make MULGARA_HOME VARIAble
and after
build javadoc....

many warning and 1 error for out of memory
