[Mulgara-dev] Progress of JTA merge into trunk.

Well branches/mgr-73 is now in-sync with trunk.  Next step is to go  
though and check that all the copyrights/licence entries are present  
and correct on the changed code, and then do a single merge-dump into  
trunk.

With that JTA will be in trunk, and we will be ready to start  
seriously thinking about calling a freeze for 1.2.
