[Mulgara-dev] PURL Rework Underway

Hi all,

Semantic Web URIs are to be supported in the next release of the  
Persistent URL (PURL) code hosted at http://purl.org/.  Mulgara users  
and developers may want to be aware that the new code will support  
SemWeb identifiers such as those returning an HTTP 303 return code  
(recommended for use with namespaces and other non-information- 
resource URIs).
