So Dave said that yeah the user authentication stuff dates from Kowari.  Is anyone implementing it in Mulgara?  Is there a design?

Hmm, I didn't realize that was in there.  It's actually an artifact  
from TKS.  Kowari/Mulgara never had this feature.
