[Mulgara-dev] Code freeze (more info)

To further explain the process of the code freeze...

The code freeze in preparation for the first release is now stored at:
  https://mulgara.org/svn/mulgara/tags/release-1.0-rc1
The only changes which can happen here will be documentation changes
reflecting the fork from Kowari to Mulgara, or as-yet-unknown critical
bugs.

The main branch of Mulgara development can always be followed at:
  https://mulgara.org/svn/mulgara/trunk

Development can continue undisturbed in the main branch.  If we have
any modifications for the release-1.0-rc1 tag then these will be
merged back into the main branch.
