[Mulgara-general] Trouble Download Mulgara: server does not support resuming download?

Hello,

I am having trouble downloading Mulgara. It is quite big and always disconnect before finish. Sadly, it always start from 0 again and again. Is it true that server does not support resuming download? If possible, can it be changed?
