[Mulgara-general] Recent spam

Apologies to those whose spam filters didn't catch the recent message
to mulgara-general. Since the message had headers saying that it was
sent by someone who is on the list, the system allowed it through.
Guojun hasn't posted to the list for a long time, so I've updated the
list to hold all of his emails for moderation in case it happens
again.
