[Mulgara-general] RDF versioning

First, thanks for four answers. Second, It wasn't my intention to suggest
that mulgara is abandonware o anything similar, sorry; I've wrote to the
list because mulgara seem to be a potencial good choice :p
I'll go on with my little research, and consider yours suggestions.
