[Mulgara-general] TQL interface broken for subqueries?

Hi Paul

2.1.4 (current Fedora 3.3 version).  Just tested with 2.1.8 and the output
looks fine, so it looks like the fixes solved the problem.  I'll migrate my
existing code to use REST rather than SOAP over the next few days and report
back if I have any problems.
