[Mulgara-general] Previous releases downloads broken?

Following the "previous releases" link on this page
http://www.mulgara.org/download.html is currently giving a 403 - Forbidden
error.  However downloading files directly (eg
http://www.mulgara.org/files/v2.1.4/mulgara-2.1.4-bin.tar.gz) works -
possibly directory browsing is disabled?
