	Yes, you can change this without recompilation. 

	The option is -u.  You can find this documented at:

	  http://mulgara.org/trac/wiki/Args
	

	You can also use the -c option to use a new config file and set it inside that file, but -u is the simplest.

	So you know, the default ports used are:

	1099:  RMI access
	8080:  read/write HTTP access
	8081:  read-only SPARQL
