OK, I've found out why it's so silent.

A POST is allowed to load several files, so I didn't want to return an
error if any one file failed. (In this case you only have one file,
but the system didn't know that). To indicate which files failed to
load, there are headers with the name "Cannot-Load:". I might see if I
can do something more though.
