I'm curious whether, if I'm asking for results to be returned in XML
format, and the original RDF contains "&" in the value of an
element, whether a naked "&" should be returned in results containing
that value. I believe that it's causing me problems building an
application which tries to parse the returned XML, since it's
expecting an entity reference to follow.
