[Mulgara-general] Mulgara 2.1.2

I am pleased to announce the release of Mulgara 2.1.2. Mulgara can be
downloaded from:

Some of the major changes in this release:
- Support for multiple rule formats including preliminary SWRL support.
- The default graph can be set from the command line or with a System
property, and will be created at startup if needed.
- Allows multiple TQL commands in a single POST operation. The overall
operation is atomic.
- Fixed a bug interacting with the Jena ARP parser which did not
always give properly encoded Unicode strings.
- Fixed a problem with some JSON results which were being returned as XML.
- Fixed a SPARQL bug comparing non-numeric literals.
- Fixed a problem when dymaically accessing new data from external
sources where the wrong URIs and literals were being reported.
