[Mulgara-general] Mulgara 2.0 ALPHA release

I am pleased to announce the alpha release of Mulgara 2.0.

This release of Mulgara includes several important new features, including:
 - SPARQL query support.
 - A new connection based API.
 - Arbitrary URIs for graph names.
 - Automated graph creation for resolvers.
 - Language tags on untyped literals (at last!).
