[Mulgara-general] Mulgara 2.0.0 BETA announcement

I'd like to announce the release of Mulgara 2.0.0 BETA.

This release fixes many of the known issues in v2.0.0 ALPHA, and
establishes the baseline for the coming release of Mulgara v2.0.0.

New features include:

    * Date/Time values are now maintained in their original format.
    * The XSD Resolver now has a default graph of sys:xsd.
    * Preliminary framework for ASK, CONSTRUCT and DESCRIBE queries.
Note: This is not yet reliable.
    * Graph names may now be relative URIs.

As well as the usual help from Fedora Commons and Topaz we would also
like to thank Revelytix for their recent contributions.

On a personal note, this release was delayed due to some family health
issues for me. However things are improving here, and I expect things
to be back on course now.
