Drat - typo on my part - I don't have my internal ip address mapped to my
loopback :).  Here is my actual hosts file:

127.0.0.1       localhost
127.0.0.1       jkirton-USWS
10.135.4.63     localhost
10.135.4.63     jkirton-USWS


I will add the domain name permutations to this list and test..
