[Mulgara-general] Performance of the commit operation

We tried around a lot and it seems to be the mulgara commit operation.
The durations Andre mentioned are from using the ItqlBean:

Using the Itql-Shell with a stand-alone mulgara shows nearly the same
behavior than the interaction between our system and Fedora (using
mulgara). A commit in the shell takes nearly the same time than a sync
in Fedora.
