Actually, that's starting to change.

After a few changes to the WebUI I'm finding it more and more useful.
So I've been touching up features with it, etc. 2.0.7 should be out
VERY soon now, and it will have several of these features in it
(including appropriate explanations that a "local" modifier on
backup/restore and load/export won't work). The biggest change is that
the WebUI and the Tutorial are now separate URLs (/webui and
/tutorial), so you no longer have to see the example queries (which
just annoy me).

I promise to get file uploading in there soon.  :-)
