[Mulgara-dev] Mulgara 2.1.9 Construct query issues

I forgot about that one. Yes, it probably is.

I really need to get this transaction bug sorted so I can release all
the latest stuff in 2.1.10. I've just been struggling to find the time
given the demands of my day job.
