I figure I'm good for at least a first draft of User's Guide, and expect
that I can get a pretty good start on AppDev, Resolver, and KernelDev guides
by taking good notes in DITA form as I learn the system.

Thanks much for the detailed response.  I'll go over it thoroughly after
work.  I expect to do a lot of experimenting and exploring of the build
system this weekend, and with a little luck get a barebones SPARQL server
written.

I'm planning to use Clojure, just for the fun of it and to see if it makes
life any easier for Mulgara app development.  Anybody else using it?
