[Mulgara-dev] Mulgara 2.1.2

Hi Augustina,

The error you've shown below appears to show a break in the connection
between Fedora and Mulgara (it uses network connections between these
programs even if they're on the same computer). I can't say why this
has broken, but perhaps someone like Eddie (CC'ed) would have an idea?
