[Mulgara-dev] Mulgara 2.1.0 released

I am pleased to announce the release of Mulgara 2.1.0. Mulgara can be
downloaded from:
  http://mulgara.org/download.html

This release has several major changes:
- XA 1.1 is now the default store for all data.
- This release introduces an RDF Logic language called RLog.
   RLog programs can:
    * assert statements
    * define rules
    * test for consistency
- The WAR file now deploys:
    * the SPARQL/REST endpoint
    * the TQL/REST endpoint
    * the WebUI
  This has been tested on Tomcat.
