I think mulgara-x-config.xml
in /head/mulgara/mulgara-service/src/main/resources/conf is the one used
when you start mulgara server from Maven. 

It worked ok for a month or two. I had no problem starting. So I was
able to run it with XA1.1. Only recently something is causing datafiles
to get corrupt. Now I, basically, can start mulgara from scratch, create
a user and ingest a few articles and database would crash if I try to
restart it.
