Hmmm, I'm on a Mac and I'm having the same problem.

I increased the flags to: -Xms256m -Xmx1024m
and I'm still getting OOM errors, but now it seems to be non-fatal.
(However, the build is so long that it might still fail on me).

I have no idea why it's so hungry for memory. It seems odd.

I have more RAM, so it may be worth increasing to a higher limit. You
should find that you can go to a higher limit as well, since Windows
should just start swapping (a lot) if you exceed your RAM.
