[Mulgara-dev] DatabaseOperationContext.innerCount

Hi,

This question is mostly at Andrae, but I'm asking on the list anyway,
since people like to know what we're thinking sometimes....

I notice that the DatabaseOperationContext.innerCount method is
resolving to a tuples, and appears to ignore all issues of size and
cardinality. Is there a reason for the name as given, or am I missing
something?
