[Mulgara-dev] Release candidate

OK, we've been in beta for a few weeks, and have managed to clear out
quite a few bugs in the meantime. I'm itching to implement some new
functionality, but have been holding off on that temptation until we
get out of the beta cycle.

The current release candidate is now at:
http://mulgara.org/svn/mulgara/tags/release-2.0.0-rc1/

All going well, I'll put this out in the next couple of days.
