[Mulgara-dev] New "commit" developer

Hi all,

I'd like to let everyone know that Ronald has been included in the list of
official "Developers" for Mulgara.  That means he can now commit to SVN,
administer Jira tasks, and administer Confluence areas.

As we state in the developers FAQ (http://mulgara.org/developers.html) once
someone has established a good track record with patches, they can be
included in the list of developers with commit access.  Ronald's rate and
complexity of patches have been increasing steadily, and there is an ongoing
commitment to doing more.  This definitely merits inclusion in the list of
official developers.
