[Mulgara-dev] less transparencies on the website

hi,

there have been issues with the readability of the website,
http://mulgara.org. they were mainly caused by some transparency effects. i
guess especially the legal statements at the bottom of the page caused
troubles. i moved most of that into an extra page, leaving just a single
sentence and a link at the bottom. i'd like to know if this solves the
problem for all of you? if not i can still change the default style to a
more traditional behaviour, with less transparencies and less fixed
elements. so please take a quick look and tell me if things are okay now or
still not so!

thanks,
thomas
