[Mulgara-dev] build test

I'm trying to get to the point where I can contribute to some of the
issues in Jira (the simple ones, like MGR-26) but first I'm trying to
get "build test" to pass.  Unfortunately, I'm not there yet.  I've
included the section that's failing - although it's the Descriptors so
I'm not sure if I should worry about it.
