[Mulgara-dev] why is login required to view bugs and wiki

  Hi,

a small question: in order to view any of the bugs and various (though
not all) of the wiki a login is required. Why? Requiring a login in
order to make changes (new bugs, editing wiki, etc) makes sense, but
having to sign up and remember yet another username/password just to
look at the bugs or the dev wiki pages
(http://mulgara.org/confluence/display/dev/) seems annoying on an
open-source project like this.
