Incidentally, I still think of the language as being called TQL, and not
iTQL.  The original acronym was Tucana Query Language (Tucana being the name
of our company way back when).  The interactive shell (that you see when you
run "java -jar itql-1.0.0.jar") was called "Interactive TQL", hence the "i".

I have no idea why the interpreter class was called ItqlInterpreter, and not
TqlInterpreter.
