Why not do the canonical thing (TM) and switch the project over to maven 
and use
the maven site plugin both for building the public site and the 
documentation shipped
with a distribution? Building documentation in a wiki sounds great but 
it'll soon feel
old especially if you have the ambition to produce something coherent.

Maven would also bring so many benefits to the project *and* to everyone 
who wants
to depend on mulgara.
